Let me introduce myself, my name is Steven Wilson, I am the District 4 Constable in Warren County. I have lived in Warren County for the last 14 years where I am proud to call the community of Smiths Grove home. I have been an active member of the Smiths Grove Fire Department since 1996 where I now hold the position of Assistant Fire Chief for the last 5 years. I am also a member of the Gott Fire Department since 2000. A little about my work history. I graduated high school in May of 1997. That summer I was employeed full time in the Emergency Department at Greenview Hopspital. During my time there, I became a certified EMT. At that time, I began working part time at the Edmonson County Ambulance Service. In December 2000 I left the hospital and ambulace service and persued my current career as a 911 Police and Fire Dispatcher for the City of Bowling Green.
In 2005 I decided that I wanted to do more in my community from a Law Enforcement prospective. In December 2005 I decided to add my name to the election ballot for the 4th District Constable. In November 2006 with the overwhealming support form my community, I was elected to this position. I was sworn in by Supreme Justice Minton in December and offically took office January 1st 2007. Since that time, my deputies and I have made it our goal to serve our community. We patrol our district and have assisted other law enforcement agencies.
